Forestry Field Day
OVERVIEW
The Forestry Field Day event allows members to demonstrate skills related to the forestry
industry. Such as log rolling, water accuracy, and crosscut saw events.
EVENT LOCATION & TIMET
The Forestry Field Day event will be held at the Virginia State Fair. Specific days and times will be announced at a later date.
ELIGIBILITY
A team is comprised of 7 FFA members. Members are
only allowed to compete in one event. There will be a junior (6-9th grade) category and a senior (10-12th grade) category. A
school may enter one junior and one senior team.
