Leadership Camp is a great opportunity for FFA members across the state to come together for a week of leadership and service together. Graves Mountain Lodge is a wonderful spot in the Shenandoah Valley to experience the great outdoors.
We are excited to let you know that we will be offering chapters two options for the 2026 State Leadership Camp, a one-day Leadership Camp or a three-day overnight camp at Graves Mountain Lodge. Our state officer team is planning a day filled with new activities as well as some of those from our normal week camp.
CAMP DATES FOR THE 2026 SEASON:
July 6 - Day Camp
July 7 - 10 - Overnight camp
Day Camp
Day Camp will run from 10am to 8pm, with two meals served at the picnic shelter. Most activities and meals will be outside.
Registration will begin at 9:30 am each camp day. Upon arrival, go directly to the Sycamore Picnic Shelter. (Take the first left after passing the main entrance to the Lodge).
Day Camp Cost
The day camper fee will be $TBA for 2026 (2026 Prices Coming Soon) for the day. Payment should be made when registering, and the due date is June 1.
Overnight Camp
The overnight camper fee will be $TBA person for 2025 (2026 Prices Coming Soon). Payment should be made when registering, and the due date is June 1st. Overnight camp will be held on July 7th – 10th. Please plan to arrive at Graves Mountain by 4:00 pm on July 7th. Dinner will be included and will be at 6pm.
**NOTE: Partial scholarships for both day camp and overnight camp are available. Applications are available on the website and are due May 23. E-Mail to Tess Seibel and Turner Trice.
RESERVATION DEADLINE - May 29, 2026
Reservations should be requested as soon as possible and not later than May 29 on the registration form, located on the website.
Capacity at camp is limited, so we encourage you to register early. We will close registration when capacity is reached and will honor registrations on a first-come, first serve basis.
You should submit a check for the full amount by May 29. Please adhere to this deadline so that arrangements can be made with Graves Mountain for food and so that sufficient materials and t-shirts can be ordered. Be sure all checks are sent to:

Indicate on the online registration form what year in school the camper will be (in the fall of 2026), as well as which visit (lst, 2nd, 3rd, etc) to camp this year will be for each camper. Please indicate T-shirt size for each camper AND advisor.
