Fall Leadership Conference

 

 

The Fall Leadership Conference at Virginia State University will be held Friday October 7, 2016 on the VSU campus in Petersburg. The conference will be ideal and most engaging for beginning FFA members in grades 6-9. The conference learning activities will focus on providing students opportunities to deepen their self-understanding and further develop their leadership skills.

The conference will be capped at 200 students to ensure we have an adequate amount of space and high quality learning environments.  Please complete the registration form found below and return it by Friday September 25th so that we can finalize our plans for the day of the conference.

 

Registration will begin at 11:00 AM in the Wilder Building which houses the College of Agriculture.  You must register by 12:15 PM to ensure that students do not miss any of the conference programming.  More information regarding parking and other logistics will be sent out within the next few weeks. 


Points of information:

  • Registration per student = $12.00 (make checks to VT Collegiate FFA)

  • Lunch is on your own

  • Student Participants will be awarded a certificate of participation

  • Students are not allowed to roam unsupervised during the conference
